It seems you tried to install a wrong or, incompatible firmware. You have to reset BIOS to default.

Hello,
Installing below driver pacaage in the Surface Go2 prompts "InsydeH20 - Secure Flash. Error : Invalid firware Image" during restart. Then it does not come back to Login screen again.
