I can't registrer on Microsoft Partner Center

Question

I get this error everytime I tried to registrer an individual account for the microsoft partner program:

Error code 2201.
Correlation ID d510bfc4-3076-4788-be04-513f49876b03,SAUZa4nsd06K4nZS.0.0.

I read that is about the phone number format, my phone number is from mexico so i put it this way

+52 66* 1608***

but it wont work
