Which Azure service should you use from the Azure portal to view service failure notifications that can affect the availability of VM1?

As per me we can view under Resource Health by navigation from
Azure Monitor -> Service Health -> Resource health.

Somewhere it is mentioned that:
In the Azure virtual machines page in the Azure portal, there is a named Maintenance Status. This column
will display service issues that could affect your virtual machine. A service failure is rare but host server
maintenance that could affect your virtual machines is more common.

But I was not able to find above column in Azure Virtual Machine.

Could someone put some guidance on the same ?

    Yes, you are correct. Pretty much everything under Service Health is important in terms of things that can affect resources.
