Shared Mailbox rules order for move and copy

Hello,

I have a shared mailbox that our employees use for support; to overcome the issue that we are not able to read a message per user in Outlook, I created a folder for every people in our support team where, with a rule, I copy all the Inbox messages; we also receive on that account some automatic mail and I created a rule to move those mail under certain folders (different from "personal" folders); what I had assumed was that when the move was done, there were no copy of automatic mail in personal folders, but only in the specific folder; I also had assumed that this works via a rule order, so first I have created the move rules and then the copy rules.

I have something like this

and I have this schema for automatic mail rule

and this for personal mail rule

I don't want to add an exception for every automatic mail in every personal mail rule, it is a long and error prone activity, so if anyone have any suggestions it is greatly appreciated.

    Hi @Marco Mangiante ,
When you set up the rule to move automatic mails, enter the “What do you want to do with messages?” page to find the “Stop processing more rules” option and select it. This prevents Outlook from processing any other rules.
