Dynamic distribution group query

Question

Hello,

I would like to create a dynamic distribution group with query for particular OU where computers objects are located only. All computers objects have an owner in attribute "ManagedBy".
What I need to have is to get these all users from "ManagedBy" attribute and put them into distrubution group.
I'm not able to figure out how to deal with it, so I would be very grateful for any help in this area.

Perhaps update a custom attribute with the managedby value and create the DDG based on that

Hi Andy,

What I need to have is that DDG will search within 'machines OU' all users which are in parameter "managed by" for each machine.
So DDG will have machine owners in specify OU.
Please see screen below. What I'm getting right now once I'm trying to create a query is that only machines are included to this DDG, not users which I wanted to have.
