Could not mount offline registry MDT failure 5616: 1: Verify BCDBootEx

Question

I have ADK and Winpe for Windows 11. During the Install Operating System step, it reaches 100% and then stops and shows me the failure window. I have tried every fix I could find;

There were other fixes that I attempted and nothing worked.

The only solution I found that is a temporary fix, after I click on the finish button on the error screen, the cmd window appears and I type the following command:
bcdboot C:\Windows /l en-gb

This copies the boot files and allows the computer to properly boot into Windows.

But this should not be the final fix.

Another error that shows up is this.

I do not know if this might be causing the issue for the BCDBOOT or not.

Any assistance would be great!
