Accidental delete authenticator backup

I switched to new phone and by mistake without recovering my account backup of microsoft authenticator i logged in and turned on the backup option which deleted the old backup. Now i am unable to login to all the account which had two factors authentication enabled. Please help me with this problem.

    You'll need to work with each of the account service providers about their specific recovery process. There's no other way.
