Microsoft Edge Breakdown when using it to view and edit PDFs

Question

As the title says. Only this icon is shown.

I've tried to re-open it in another Edge page, but I couldn't find all the changes.

There're important edits that havn't been saved yet. I saved all the 21 Edge process from Task Manager in .DMP in time, so can these edits be recovered?

Hi @JY Peter ,

The "sad face" icon indicates that you have had a browser tab crash. If you didn't save the pdf file in time and you've lost all the changes you've made after re-opening it, unfortunately those changes cannot be recovered even if you have the .DMP file (used for crash analysis). I have to say you'll need to do it all over again, and please remember to save it in time. Thanks for your understanding.
