anonymous access issue on SharePoint 2019

I enabled anonymous access on web application level and site collection level, but when I try to access the site collection, it still needs username and password. Are there other settings that i need to do to enable anonymous access on a site?

You could check in a site collection > site permissions > Anonymous Access:

By default, it is selected as "Nothing", we need to change it to another two choices:

After doing this, we could access a site without sign in:
