Sharepoint Online Action Count and Actors on a document in a list

I have a list of documents in a SharePoint list and it is showing actor and action account I am wondering where does this information come from and how accurate is it?

How exactly do you find these statistics? I did not find such a setting in the list.

As far as I know, similar statistics can only be seen in the site usage in the site content. These data are collected by SharePoint online in the background.

Above is a screenshot whenever I hover over a item in my document library I get this view which shows me viewers and views

These data are collected by SharePoint online in the background.

We are unable to modify and control these data, which are generally accurate

Any ideas on what this means exactly? For instance what is a "view" is it a download or a hover over?

These are just a way of data presentation.

If you need to view detailed data, you can view it in the site usage I mentioned earlier.
