SpeechRuntime.exe --ToastNotifier (Registry Key keeps getting created almost instantly)

When we try using Ccleaner and other industry standard acceptable registry cleanup tools a few keys are backed up and removed. It includes SpeechRuntime.exe --ToastNotifier.

However this key seems to be automatically recreated on Microsoft Windows 11 almost instantly after it is cleaned up by the tools

    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to Registry.

Please note that Ccleaner is third party application hence , Kindly get in touch with Ccleaner forums or support.

Also SpeechRuntime.exe is Windows executable file so it is not recommended to delete it.
