I have begun to explore using Edge as my default browser. A big reason for this was so that I could take advantage of the 'Collections' feature to compete with Google Chrome's 'Reading List' feature. However, when I look to use it in the browser (latest version), it does not render claiming it is blocked (screenshot below) Please advise.

Open Settings in Edge --> Search for "Collections" --> Turn off "Show Collections and follow content creators in Microsoft Edge" --> Restart Edge --> Then Turn on "Show Collections and follow content creators in Microsoft Edge" -->Restart Edge again --> Open Settings in Edge again and in Profile section open "Sync" --> Scroll to the bottom and click on "Re-sync". This solved this issue in my device.

Thanks for reaching out. I have attempted solution 1 and sadly the error remains. Before I attempt solution 2, does that mean I cannot use the same email address with my Microsoft account? If that is the case, it seems not really a 'fit for purpose' solution if it involves me creating an entire new email account too.

I have tried to dig further into my settings, and it appears I do not have the ability to sync collections (screenshot below). Could this assist further in troubleshooting my account, without the need to create a whole new one?

Thanks for the information. The missing option of "Collections" sync is not an issue on the latest version of Edge because collections are now automatically syncing. As to the "new profile", yes, I did mean that you should create a new profile with a new e-mail address since you cannot have 2 profiles with the same account logged in at the same time. If it is not an option for you:

Please check whether you have any ad-blocker installed which might unintentionally block the content.

Visit edge://collections to use the Collections feature.

If none of these suggestions work, I suggest sending feedback to the Dev Team by pressing Alt+Shift+I.

Thanks for your response. After attempting solution 2 and using my old university email to create a new Edge profile, Collections did then work. Upon further investigation, whilst I had disabled my internet security's default settings regarding banners, there was one enabled in the specific browser extension I had used in my Edge account. From disabling this, Collections now work fine in my Edge account. Thanks for your patience and guidance on this.

I’m experiencing the same issue in my edge, but am somehow able to “fix” it using your first suggestion but only to the point where I sign in again. So whilst I’m not signed in into my profile collections seem to work and only after signing in again I get the same error response again.

I tried everything including deactivating my antivirus and clearing cached images and files but nothing worked until I read your first suggested solution, ShiJieLi-MSFT.
I signed out of my profile and signed back in and voila.. it's working again. Thanks a lot. I'm happy :)
