Hello I've created the program running on Windows Server which is accessed with RDP from PCs and from Android mobile devices. I'm looking for a possibility to make a pictures from this program using local Android phone camera. Is there any way to start this camera from RDP session and later access phone photo gallery to pick up a taken picture? thanks and regards Tomasz

I've made some tests and I don't have a problem with local files redirection as there is an option on RDP Android client 10 for local storage redirection. However I don't see any option for camera redirection. When I'm trying to use it e.g. on meeting program in RDP session camera is not visible. Could you please give me a hint how to enabele it? On the RDP client on PC there is an option for camera redirection and then it is visible. According to you document it should be possible to redirect Android camera either bu how to do this?

Hi Tomas,

Thanks for you update but there is no extra steps mentioned to enable camera redirection in the RDC for Android.

Probably, it is because the some programs or applications did not being optimized for RDC in Android yet and per further searching, I found a number of users are voting the feature request that redirecting camera as webcam when remoting from Android.
