Application is closed before start the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 certification Exam

I done with the all the check-in process successfully, Miss Divya asked me to release the exam I replied yes, after that it ask me to take a survey but I click on to the "No Thanks" option so it came out of the Pearson VUE window, I didn't able to take the test.

Can you please suggest me to reschedule the exam ASAP.
