When we request consent for our application , users are facing this error :
AADSTS650052: The app is trying to access a service 'd42ffc93-c136-491d-b4fd-6f18168c68fd'(Microsoft Advertising API Service) that your organization 'xxxxx' lacks a service principal for. Contact your IT Admin to review the configuration of your service subscriptions or consent to the application in order to create the required service principal.
The following scopes are requested from the user : "https://ads.microsoft.com/msads.manage", "offline_access"
We have also added the following permissions in the Api permissions:

I want to try to add it manually to the manifest, but I need the resourceAccess value for msads.manage. Can someone who was able to add it to their permissions list tell me that value by looking at the manifest?
