I'm trying to submit an app with an .exe installer via the Microsoft Partner Center and getting an error as shown in the title, and as far as I can tell I'm doing EXACTLY what the form is asking for.

The URL in question:
https://zetacentauri.com/VorbitalPlayer/4.43/setup.exe

This URL works just fine for downloading the package I want to submit.

    It's probably worth noting that I was using Firefox when I tried this initially.

    Coming back to this after vacation, I tried Chrome and it worked without any issues.

    I miss that brief period of a few years where I didn't have to think about what browser I was using, but apparently the "browser wars" are back. :D
