error message "Unable to export all slides" as jpeg or png

Why am I not able to export Powerpoint slides as jpg or png images?

I am on Mac OS Ventura 13.0.1 with Microsoft 365 PowerPoint for Mac Version 16.68.
When I try "File export as JPEG" or "File export as PNG", I get this error message "Powerpoint was unable to export all slides". It will not export one slide at a time either.

I was able to reproduce this and it happens when saving to a shared folder such as Google Drive or Sharepoint, but not when saving to a local folder such as Desktop or Downloads.

I have some issue today and tried to export another file. The later file run well despite having more pages.

The source of problem: file name.

The one that cannot be exported has space in the filename.

Once I rename it using camelCase or underscore, it works.

I have the same issue. I wonder what "unavailable content" is?

I've tried to take slide by slide and copied them over to a new file, and by that getting it to work in the new file. I've also copied all slides to a new file, and then it doesn't work.

Anyone having a suggestion of how to get it work?

Did this problem appear in all PowerPoint files?
Try to create a simple PowerPoint and save it in the desktop, then check if you can use the export feature without problem.
If this problem only appear in specific file, you should check if there are any unavailable content in the file.
