How to install AccessEngineDatabase on azure devops agent

Need help on how to install accessdatabaseengine_X64.exe or accessdatabaseengine.exe on dev azure Pipeline Agent This is needed for System.Data.OleDb namespace that we use in our code to read XLS and write back to XLS
