Login popup in edge browser while access the web site

We are using one web site and this site internally connect to another web site to get the information into the embebed I frame using in our man application to display. It's working fine in chrome but in edge we are getting login popup first time and then when we click on the login popup later on it is not getting any popup until we clear the cache. Can you please help if you find any details please share us.
