    Hi @POJ ,

have few user i cannot set the ooo from outlook but work in OWA

Is there any error message when this occurs?
By "few user", do you mean only some of your users are affected, right? If this is true, in order to eliminate whether it's an issue with particular clients, I'd suggest trying to configure a problematic user's account on a normal user's Outlook client and see if OOF can be set properly there.

Should the issue persist for these users, could you use Test E-mail Autoconfiguration tool to check if any clues can be found?

    1. While the user in question's Outlook is running, click the CTRL key and then right-click the Outlook icon in the system tray, select “Test Email Autoconfiguration”.
    2. Confirm that the user's email address is in the address field, uncheck “Use Guessmart” and “secure Guessmart authentication” boxes. Then click the “Test” button.
    3. Once it runs, check the Log tab and Results tab.

Additionally, in case it's an issue with particular mailbox database, I'd also recommend trying to move one of the problematic user's mailbox to a different mailbox database and check the result.

    Hi @POJ,

i reboot the pc and then OOO stop working

I'd suggest trying to performing a Windows clean boot which may help isolate the cause of a problem:
How to perform a clean boot in Windows

By the way, what's the version of your Exchange server? Please go to Exchange Admin Center > Severs > Certificates, make sure the "Microsoft Exchange Server Auth Certificate" is valid, as I've seen issues that random users cannot set up OOF in Outlook clients due to an expired "Microsoft Exchange Server Auth Certificate".

Yes. But as you mentioned, seems like it's not the certificate because it's still valid.

Any luck in Windows clean boot?
