Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I run windows 11 and use a sanyo tv fw32d06f-b as my monitor. When connected through HDMI, my tv will only display a picture when the PC is starting up. I can view my bios settings and windows recovery settings but past that the tv only displays "This tv does not support this output format" The display only works when VGA is connected or when VGA and HDMI are connected at the same time but won't work when only HDMI is connected. I have tried all possible resolution and refresh rate combinations. I have tried checking for driver updates and reinstalling display drivers. I have tried unplugging everything from the power source and letting it sit over night but nothing helps. The problem started when I upgraded my motherboard and APU and updated from windows 10 to 11. After the upgrade, at first the display worked when connected via HDMI but didn't fit the screen no matter what resolution I set windows to, Now the display just doesn't work at all.
