Can't verify student status despite providing documentation

so I signed up at
https://msftstudentcert.cloudreadyskills.com/
and it asked me to verify my student status, I am new in uni so I don't have my university email yet, So I provided a photo of my ID card as proof.
But every time I click on review student status,
it says "Sorry, your account status could not be verified."

I raised a support ticket with them and the reply was
"We have no control over, nor insight into, the verification process - that is handled entirely by Microsoft so if you are experiencing issues with that, you would have to raise a support ticket direct with them."

    Why dont you explore the Microsoft Learn browse instead of third party URLs for learning?
