During online exam, My Proctor Cancel my exam without notifying me.

Hi,

Today i have my scheduled exam of "AZ-204 - Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure".
I Logged in into OnVue application. When the Proctor come (Sachin), he told me that he is not able to see my camera, hence i must close the OnVue exam application and restart them. I restarted the application with same access code. But when i was waiting for the proctor after restarting my OnVue application. Suddenly a popup message shown that "Proctor has completed my exam" and exam closed.

I tried again multiple time to ‎"Check in to start exam". but unable to success.
When i check the exam status on my account on PearsonVue site. The status of the exam is marked as cancelled.
I have not cancelled my exam.

I don't know what to do next. Please help.
