Live Transcription is greyed out in Microsoft Business Standard 365

Hello,

I have been searching for a tool that combines the possibility of online meetings and live transcriptions as I need to perform and analyze a lot of interviews on a regular basis.
After chatting with Microsoft Sales teams, they recommended Microsoft Business Standard 365 which I am using right now on a trial basis.
However, much to my disappointment, the feature I need the most, "Live Transcription" is greyed out, so I cannot use it.

Any way to activate this? It should be included in my Teams version so I don't quite understand why it does not work. Side Note: I am a German user, maybe that plays a role in this.

Any help is appreciated!!!

    Hi,

    You should be able to see Live Transcription, in Business Standard Subs. Can you follow the steps here and also are you using Teams Desktop version?
