2023-01-01T16:20:08.583+00:00 Hello,
That's true, unfortunately, i5 3340-M processor is not compatible for Windows 11, according to Microsoft. Atm, we don't have any information, if it will be included in list of supported processors.
I recommend you to drop a feedback to Microsoft about this, using Feedback hub app.
Regards.

2023-01-01T20:23:58.537+00:00 Most computers running Windows 10 can run Windows 11 in a supported or unsupported fashion.
An upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 uses the upgrade assistant.
If parameters are found that do not meet the Windows 11 requirements then an upgrade will be blocked.A clean install does not use the Windows upgrade assistant allowing the installation of Windows 11.
Alternatively, the Windows upgrade assistant checks can be bypassed.
