Cannot open BCD for boot volume?

I need to update to Windows 11 but i need Secure Boot so i was using the command >mbr2gpt.exe /convert /disk:1 /allowfullos but it comes up with an error saying 0x000000C1 Convertion Failed and when i check in setuperr.log it says , FindOSPartitions: Cannot open BCD for boot volume. Error: 0xC000000F[gle=0x00000490] , Failed to validate boot manager checksum , ServicingBootFiles failed , Cannot install new boot files. Error: 0x000000C1[gle=0x000000c1] , it would be great if someone from windows could potentially help thank you

    Please perform the following steps:

    1) Post images of disk management (by default rows and columns are compressed and characters are cutoff)

    a) Widen these rows: disk 0, disk 1, disk 2, etc. > make sure that no characters are cutoff

    b) Widen these columns: Volume and Status > make sure that no characters are cutoff

    2) Run the diskparinfo script and post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    (bat scripts by default prompt antivirus software and require manual overrides)

    Please widen the Status column so that characters are not cutoff.

    What methods had you used to install Windows 11 in an unsupported fashion?

    When available post share links for diskparinfo and V2 and Windows 11 compatibility checker results into the newest post.

    When the Windows 11 iso was used was it a clean install or other method?

    Please list any commands or steps that had been used if you bypassed the upgrade assistant checks.

    When available please post share links for:
