Please try the following suggestions:
First of all, make sure that there is no problem with your network connection, please do not open the proxy server or firewall.
To check if it is a temporary issue, I suggest you change a browser or clear browser cache via Tools>Safety>Deleting browser history, wait some time and test again to see the result.
You can try to change the browser or use the official Microsoft browser, and try to use the privacy mode to see if the problem still exists. If the issue still persists, I suggest you can create a service request with Microsoft, experts there will help you check this issue based on the logs which is not available on user's end.
