App Configuration Policy is Not Applying

Hey experts
We have configured an Tunnel in Intune. And we are trying to configure the edge as managed so that only specified tunnel ip and FQDN works there nothing else. For that we have created an app configuration profile but it is not applying.
Profile work is to block every ip and site only the allowed site will run on the edge browser
Can anyone help me in this thing what wrong we are doing

- iOS or Android enterprise devices?
- It is suggested to try to deploy this app configuration policy to a user group and the check if it is deployed successfully.

2023-01-03T07:54:09.92+00:00 @Anonymous I have noticed that you select "Managed apps" in this app configuration policy. Selecting "Managed apps" as the Device Enrollment Type specifically refers to apps configured with an Intune App Protection Policy on devices regardless of the enrollment state.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/app-configuration-policies-overview#managed-appsIt means that it is needed to deploy an app protection policy for Microsoft Edge before deploying the app configuration policy. Please note that app protection policy only applies to user groups. So, the app configuration policy (Managed apps) also needs to deploy to user groups.
