document library download using spfx

Question

When user click any file from Sampletest document library then for each file access is managed and they would not be able to download unless they get approval from admin users

so my query here is for each file from respective folders user will send request to admin users and user would be able to download the file only if admin approve the request to download for each file as soon as approver approves then user can download the file

Hi @sweetu ve ,

According to my research and testing, unfortunately we cannot use SPFX to implement this feature, and we cannot manage download permissions for every file. Currently we can only use SharePoint access permissions. However, the read permission also includes downloading documents, so there is currently no way to achieve the function of obtaining the approval of the administrator and otherwise it will not be possible to download.
