There is more to "running win 11" than the strength of the processor. MS has a series of compatibility and perf tests it runs to determine what will and will not work. If your processor doesn't pass that test (or it is too old) then there is nothing you can do to change that.
Note that there are easily searchable ways to bypass the processor check and install Windows 11 anyway. However you are then running Windows unsupported (and there is nothing you can do to change that), you may run into issues up to and including an unbootable machine, and MS has said that in the future it may block updates for unsupported configurations. So my personal recommendation is to stick with Win10 until you're ready to upgrade the processor to a supported platform. Win11 isn't worth the hassle for this.
