I tried bridging a 10gb mellanox adapter and the motherboard's 1gb onboard ethernet adapter on my Windows 10 21H2 19044.2364 machine but I was unable to browse the network with windows file & print sharing after I did this. Does anyone know of a detailed guide for this or will it not work?
[PC1]---10gb---[PC2 w/ Win10 bridge]---1gb---[network switch]---1gb---[other pcs & WAN router]
So PC2, the computer doing the bridging, is not able to able to browse the network and is able to access the internet. PC1 with a single card can browse the network and is able to access the internet.
I am able to ping the computers on the network, so it's something with network discovery. I think windows assigns a master browser in the network neighborhood. Maybe that isn't working the same when I bridge. I've also noticed that browsing the internet is slower on PC2 when the Windows 10 bridge is enabled. This has been confirmed with a speed test on speed.cloudflare.com. Upload speeds max out at 1 Mbps rather than 10.

I ended up using the onboard 1gb adapter in both pcs along with the 10gb adapter.
