Windows 11 Settings Messed Up

Hi. My windows 11 settings menu are totally messed up, with sections having the wrong title and some parts of the setting totally inaccessible (ex: keyboard layout settings). What would be a way to start fixing this issue.

    You can always go back to an earlier point via system restore.
