SMTP configuration Issue

  1. I have used the below details for configuration.
    Server name: smtp.office365.com
    Port: 587
    Encryption method: STARTTLS
  2. MFA Disabled
  3. Toggled No to "Enable Security Defaults" under Properties on AD
  4. No policies to update Conditional Access.

But still, I am receiving the below error when authenticating SMTP.
" Error: Invalid login: 535 5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful, the user credentials were incorrect. [PN2PR01CA0131.INDPRD01.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM] "

Also, the username and password are correct.

Let me know how to proceed.

    Ensure that TLS 1.0 and 1.1 are disabled, as they are deprecated as of October 31, 2018.
