I called the Personalizer API with quick-start code, but the events were not received, and the model is not trained.

I created the resource and ran the quick-start code for over 70k rank and reward calls, the HTTP requests are displayed at the Personalizer and the metrics, but the monitor page says there is no date, and the learned events metrics are 0. All my settings, including the training model update frequency, are the same as those in the quick-start guide.
