Hello,
We have a DFS file server, so company clients access to network shares using this path \company.local\shares
These endpoint can access to DFS without trouble (they open, save file etc...).
I downloaded and applied ADMX for MS Office ([download link][1]) without issues.
I already setted up these configuration via Domain Group Policy:
Users > Policies > Administrative Templates > Microsoft Excel 2016 > Excel Options > Security > Trust Center > Trusted Location
Allow Trusted Locations on the network = enabled
Trusted location -> I setted up network path (Is date variable necessary? I left it empty)
Users > Policies > Administrative Templates > Microsoft Office 2016 > Security Settings > Trusted Location
Allow mix of policy and user locations = enable
Trusted location -> I setted up network path (Is date variable necessary? I left it empty)
At the end I added DFS namespace (\company.local\shares) inside "Site to Zone Assignment List"
I configured this settings via GPO Users > Windows Components > Internet Explorer > Internet Control Panel > Security Page
At the moment company clients can open MS Excels file, but they get warning to run Macro.
Is it possible open and use these MS Excel files straight forward from DFS network shares without any warning only from file server?
I would that company workmates can use these files without alert.
All PCs are using MS Office 365.
Can I do it?

    Hi @Federico Coppola

I am afraid we are unable to do it.

Using Trusted Locations for Office files can prevent files include macros being blocked, however, there may still be warnings reminding users of the safety of such files from Internet.

    Thanks for your understandings.
