How can I remove my account and delete credit cards data?

Hi,

You can follow the steps listed here to cancel your subscription and payment details cannot be removed until the account charges and other pending charges are cleared. So once you have closed down resources and Subscription the account will be closed after a cooling period.

You can reach out to azure support team by following the below link reference. Please ensure to share the subscription ID and invoice ID (as you mentioned you're still being charged). Support team will be able to identify the account used to create the subscription and perhaps, assist with checking and disabling it as per your request.
