Hello,

we have a Server with Windows Server 2019 with RDP CALs and RDP installed. We are using Wireguard for VPN and can connect via laptops and dekstops from outside the company to our user sessions.

Now I installed wireguard and Microsoft RD Client for IOS on an iphone 14, but cant connect to my session.
The VPN connection seems to be ok, as I can see the windows server IIS screen when i enter the ip into the web browser.

I have also seen in task manager of the server (where connected users can be seen) that a connection was established for less than a second and then terminated.

I get the error code 0x100d. Session was terminated due to a protocoll error.

I am unsure if I have included all the info needed and would gladly provide more info.

Thanks for the help in advance.

    Hi,

Can you check the IOS deployment guide for RDP, remote-desktop-ios

Also check the version of the client on the IOS and raise a feedback on the portal if this does not solve the issue.ios-whatsnew

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

thank you for your answer, but I have the latest version of rd client and checked the guide, as well.

    Couldn't find a solution there.
