SCCM/MDT Integration not working

Hi everyone!

Environment:

MDT version: 6.3.8456.1000
SCCM 2203 - Active/Passive Site Server mode

Problem:

I've been trying to integrate MDT with SCCM and, although the Integration wizard reports that the operation completed successfully, the MDT Task Sequence doesn't show up in the SCCM Console.

Steps that I've taken so far:

1- Unchecked "Only allow console extensions approved for the hierarchy" parameter in Hierarchy Settings;
2- Uninstalled Integration;
3- Install Integration;
4- Reopen SCCM console

Any help would be really appreciated!

Regards,

Thiago

    @Thiago B Andrade

    I had the same issue. Restart services for SMS_EXECUTIVE (SmsExec) and SMS_SITE_COMPONENT_MANAGER (SiteComp). The MDT buttons didn’t appear in the console until this was done.

    Also, check for and confirm the presence of “Microsoft.BDD” DLLs, XML, and MOF in these locations, per the ConfigMgr Integration output log:

    SCCM Destination:
    D:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\AdminConsole\XmlStorage\Extensions\Forms
    D:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\AdminConsole\bin

    You can manually copy these files from the MDT source location, if necessary. Close all instances of the SCCM console and make sure there’s no locks on it. If still not there, try to remove and re-add the MDT Integration by re-running the wizard yet again.

    Hi Kurt,

    Following your instructions I realized that the wizard was looking to a different path from what is in place. I was using SCCM Console in the Site Server, and the executable is located on a different path of that in the MDT wizard.

    MDT Wizard was looking for this path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Endpoint Manager\AdminConsole..... and, in the Site Server, the path of the Console executable is different

    I opened the Console in the MDT server and the MDT tasks were in there, correctly installed.

    Anyway, thanks for your attention and support.

    Regards,

    Thiago
