Hi,
I am unable to untick 'open replies and forwards in a new window' via options, mail, replies and forwards as the box is greyed out.

Worked for me.
Grayed out settings are usually controlled by your IT staff, via GPO or similar controls. Best check with them.
Thanks for the quick response. I'll ask IT to confirm if any controls are blocking this.
