Issue with our Azure migrate appliances

Hi, we deployed 2 Azure migrate appliances and associated with our Azure migrate project, one for each of our DCs on Windows Hyper-v host with 180 evaluation license. Both of these appliances worked fine and discovered all servers for both of our on-pre DCs. Yesterday, as the eva license was going to be expired, we re-armed the eva license for another 180 days. Now, we're seeing that one of the appliances is showing as "not connected" but the discovered servers can still be seen in the "discovered servers". The other appliance (in the second DC) status is all connected but when we select this, we cant see any discovered servers. We have also reset the appliances but no luck.

I would like to ask 2 questions here:- Can re-arming cause the appliances any issues such as this? Is there anything we can check/do to get this resolved? In worst scenario, if we redeploy an Azure migrate appliance (because the eval has expired) and associate with the same migrate project in Azure?

Any advise will be highly appreciated. Many thanks

Hi @Ghulam Abbas Thank you for contacting us on Microsoft Q&A platform. Happy to assist you!

I see that you have mentioned about 2 appliances being deployed and discovered servers. However, the eva license was going to be expired and re-armed the eva license for another 180 days. Post that, you are observed issues with both appliances. This is expected behavior.

This issue is covered here in the documentation - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/migrate/migrate-appliance#appliance---vmware
