Couldn't reschedule my exam in Pearson VUE!

I have the exam booked the exam in Pearson VUE with Microsoft Virtual Workshop for Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, unfortunately I couldn't reschedule my exam. My exam in on Jan 5, 2023. I am getting different reason for rescheduling which shows that I couldn't reschedule my appointment on any date and time in the future. Please help me as early as possible.
