SQL Query to get Executed Queries & details in an Excel

Hello,
We have a requirement where we want to display the queries that are executed on our azure sql database (using queries) , the result should contain the user who executed the query , the query , the execution start & end date & slot (hourly) in which the query was executed.
The result is required in an excel.
Please find below the desired excel Output.
