Hello,
Would you know who can confirm that sharepoint used in a global organization are on-prem or not on-prem ones?
Is the 2026 date universal for all on-prem sharepoints in all organizations in terms of continues operation of 2010 and 2013 workflows?
Thanks
Chris

I belive you are requesting information about SharePoint 2010 workflow retirement.

I checked the Microsoft Published Article on the workflow retirement: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/sharepoint-2010-workflow-retirement-1ca3fff8-9985-410a-85aa-8120f626965f

As per this its applicable the SharePoint 2010 workflow retirement is on the Microsoft 365 however for on premises Microsoft are continuing the support until 2026 in SharePoint 2016.

SharePoint Server support for SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013 workflows
SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013 based workflows will continue to be supported with no modification in our previous support posture and continue to be supported for on-premises SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint 2019 platforms until 2026

Please let me know if this helps for your query.

    Hi @KS ,

Please refer to the following article to find the version of SharePoint you're using:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/which-version-of-sharepoint-am-i-using-3575ff57-037f-48cf-9398-99080c34b25f

SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013 based workflows will continue to be supported for on-premises SharePoint platforms until 2026.[at the very least until 2023].

Since the Extended End Date for Workflow Manager 1.0 is Jan 10, 2023, which will possibly be the Extended End Date for SharePoint 2013 workflows as well.

In addition, here is an article about Search Product and Services Lifecycle Information for your reference:
