Unable to create Translator resource with Global region

The translator resource is available for "Global" region from this doc: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/explore/global-infrastructure/products-by-region/?products=cognitive-services&regions=non-regional

However when creating the translator resource, it has to be created in a Resource Group, which does not have "Global" region.

Is there a way to create the Translator resource in "Global" region?

Really appreciated for any inputs.

    @Justin Wang Thanks for the question. Can you please add more details about the error that you are getting.

    We are able to create the translator with the Global region without any error.
