Hello, I would like to ask a question about onedrive. Few years ago when I studied at university I had an account in onedrive. I was using this account on my android phone, Today I was editing some excel file on my phone and accidentally pressed on onedrive icon. I got notification that my file was transferred to my old onedrive account. But I am not a student anymore and my login is not working, so I can't open onedrive app. How to stop sync files with my old onedrive account?

    Hello,

I think, you need to contact your precedent provider of this account, for delete your account or give you an access for backup your files.
Behind OneDrive, you have an Azure AD account still active.
