Hello,
Maybe weird question : in a single organisation, some people open Outlook and it works fine, other have Firefox opening automatically "login.microsoftonline.com" when starting Outlook.
Any idea?

- in each case the mailbox is connected correctly and can receive and send just fine.
- the login.microsoftonline.com just open the owa page, we can close it or not it doesn't change anything (but just can be annoying when switching from work mailbox to another and coming back we can get a new page on owa opening each time

In order to further confirm the issue, please provide more information for our better research:
- What about configuring the accounts of the users who have problems to the computer of the users without problem?
- Did this problem happen recently? If so, were there any special operations that were performed before that?
- What's the version of your Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.
