hello all,
when a colleague creates an appointment in her boss's calendar and wants to delete it, the following error "a client operation has failed" appears
Calendar Rights - Editor
we create new outlook profil at my colleague - same problem
delete calendar permission , add calendar permission author on her boss - same problem
Exchange 2016 CU23 onPrem all patches
Outlook 2021 all patches

To narrow down the issue, I would like to confirm with you:- Can this user create an appointment using OWA successfully?
- Please try creating the appointment on another computer to see if you will get the same error.

Did this error occur when creating an appointment before outlook client update?
If not, as a solution, it is recommended that you revert it to the previous version.
