Problem with Azure free account - resource group error creating ADF

I created Azure free account with 200$ credit for first 30 days.
Going through some education video and learning.
Sandbox is activated and right directory is selected.

When I try to create Data Factory got same error every time.

    Hi,

    Is the training module you are working in asking you to use a sandbox or your free account? In the screenshot above you have selected the sandbox subscription. Sandbox subscriptions have limitations applied to them that may be blocking what you are attempting to do. For this reason there are cases where you need to use your Azure free subscription.

    Please post the link to the training module you are working on.
