Hello ,
I have created a standard diagram from a blank diagram using only containers and database shapes. I did a custom import from SQL Server to pull data through a view and I linked the rows to have the latest data. When I do a refresh I get many wrong things happening. first the conflict window appearing , my database shapes that I have place are mixed up within other containers and I lost some of my links. Please advise on these issues.

    Hi

Please check whether the articles 'Use the Data Connection Wizard to import data into Visio' and 'Import data from Excel, Access, SharePoint sites, SQL Server, and other external sources' are helpful to you.

    Hi,
I looked at the link you provided for linking the data to a shape and I did do those steps. Unfortunately, the links are getting dropped when I do a refresh. Also , the shapes that I had organized in different containers are now all mixed up.
