How do I edit the "subtitle" under the page title in the banner area of my sharepoint site?

We're using a system by Ave Point to allow staff to create teams with a range of access options to the site, which is working well, but their system insists on putting a string of characters (practically) at the top under the site Title indicating the level of access (open to guests or non managed devices, etc), and I'd like to hide it/get rid of it. Our admin has a note in to Ave Point on the subject, but there must be a way to get rid of it in the settings, I would think, but I can't find it. I'm the site admin for the sites I'm working on, but not the system admin, which is in a whole nother department.

Unfortunately, that's not it in this case. We'll have to wait for a response from Ave Point. Thanks.
